Educating Children: 10 Years After 9/11

On the first day of school at P.S. 63 in Morrisania, students discussed the events of 9/11, using a guide developed jointly by the Department of Education and the National Sept. 11 Memorial and Museum.
In Lindsay Greene-Colon’s classroom, her third grade students were full of questions and opinions about the events of that day and the changes to our world since then.
